I have a new build never been booted once and I have a clean new hard drive. I have the Windows 10 USB from the Microsoft store. How do I boot from a USB. My mobo is MSI 970 gaming btw.

Solution
It's easy, to boot from a USB, you just need to read the manual of the motherboard and set the boot priority to make the USB drive the highest priority. And start from there to build the PC. Fun starts here.

I see . . . I see . . . thank you very much! You took a load off my mind. So making the USB. the top priority in the BIOS in the priority bar will start the Windows 10 download.

Not download but installation !

Lol yeah sorry, got my vocabulary mixed up

While we are at it, make sure you have connection to internet during installation, it needs to download updates and maybe some drivers during that time.
