Help with vertical lines on my monitor after upgrading graphics card

Hello,

So I've recently upgraded my entire system and when doing so I moved from a 1660 super to 4060.
Ive had the system for roughly 2-3 weeks and every now and again my monitor gets vertical lines that leave a kind of after burn image(Happens most often when watching Youtube vids/Twitch/Netflix), I tried swapping monitors and the error still went on leading me to believe its something in the 4060 as I never had the problem on my old system.

I've tried re-pluggin the GPU, swapped HDMI cable, updated every single driver with no help, the problem stays.

Any ideas on what could cause the error? The GPU itself works fine I get good FPS no stutters, and in actual game the problem rarely happened if at all.

Try using DDU to uninstall old drivers and install new ones.
