Help with VGA LED stuck problem

Hi.

Im pretty sure that so many people has had this problem but im frustrated because i cant get my computer to turn on well

My computer specs.
AMD RYZEN 2700x
Gigabyte ax370 gaming k5
Corsair vengance rgb 8gb 2666mhz
Gtx 1060 3gb

Im not sure if could be a problem of my power supply because it is old (Thermaltake 450w)

I have tried to reset the cmos, i have removed the battery and let it for all night and its the same, plug the hdmi direct to the GPU with the GCard plug it, and without the GPU (just direct to the mobo) and happens the same, the box of the mobo said that its ready for ryzen 2000 so... I hope that there is not a problem.

Let me know if someone needs another info... Im not sure if with that is enough or not.

It's ready for CPUs such as Ryzen 5 2400G that need Version F10.

it's not ready for RYZEN 2700x that need Version F22.

You need to update the BIOS to F22 or higher with a different processor.

Thanks i saw that the current BIOS version is the F20 and im going to update to F23 with an ryzen 5 1500 to see if that helps me, thanks !!
