So basically, I got a very new gaming setup. However, first time booting it up, The LED is stuck on VGA. It is a white light. I have tried everything.
My specs:
ASUS
16GB RAM
Radeon R5
Aerocool 750 watt power supply
AMD RYZEN 7 3800 XT
TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (AMD AM4) DDR4 X570 CHIPSET ATX MOTHERBOARD.
Side note: After some time, the chipset fan stops turning. I don't know if that is a problem. Also, I heard that my gpu might be broken. I tried it on another computer and it works, however the computer thinks that it is VRAM. I don't know if that is causing the problem. Also, I am not able to access the BIOS menu. Also also, I am completely new to building a PC so not using technical words and describing everything clearly will help.
