Ok I am in process of building my pc piece by piece slowly buying parts and replacing things from an emachines el1358g-51w.
Motherboad in new case
Updated ram to 8GB
500W Corsair CX500 PSU
Everything else is the original stuff that came out of the emachines case.
I have other things ready to buy but I am in school and want to have dual monitors for multi tasking purposes and one is just not cutting it. I use a Vizio 19" LED TV for my regular monitor and have another one to use for the second.
I purchased a few years back a DELL ATI HD 6450 from EBAY and everytime I get it put in and hooked up after it self installs the drivers my computer freezes and I can't use it unless I take out the video card.
Is there anything that I can do to make this work easier or is it because it is a cheap emachines mobo?
