Question Help with video editing software

Hey. I have a fairly high end pc running:
Asus motherboard (forget model)
3060ti gpu
AMD ryzen 7 3800x
16gb ram

Now my issuee being divinci resolve will not render my videos ( worked perfect for last month or 2) now it give messages like frame dropped and couldn't decode. It does it for any video now that I try to render. I can't use hitfilm or some of these other free video software as they will not let me use 2 audio tracks (that's inportent) (but rendering on hitfilm works if that helps)
Any idea on a possible fix or reasoning for this. I don't want to have to pay for premier pro intill I can get a constant revenue threw my YouTube or Clint work. Thank you in advance for helping me if you can

Shotcut can handle multiple tracks, both audio and video - I've being playing around with that myself. Then you have Kdenlive having more feaures.
