Help with wattage calculations

I checked out some of the wattage calculating sites but found that the info is a bit dated, nothing on dual core processors, or the newest line of graphics cards. I want to build a computer with an X2 3800 and a 7800GT could anyone tell me what their respective wattage consumption is, or a site that has a more recent wattage calculator?

cant give u a site, but anything over 350 watts outa do fine

Silent PC Review measured the power consumption of several computers and published detailed results:

They agree with DeathwingX, but while some power supplies can't put out even half their rated power, especially inside a 35 Celcius computer case.
