Help with wifi

How do I get wireless wifi on my inspiring 15, 5000 series

It's the laptop,,it needs the wireless network in it self turned on,,and I can't figure that out

Yes it's by the f12 button, it's the prtsrp button, I did the fn+prtsrp at the same time and still nothing, everyone says a green light will appear,,,,,nope

It seems the Fn key got disabled in Windows Mobility Center. Follow the steps below to enable Fn key in Windows Mobility Center:

1. Click "Start", type "Windows Mobility Center" and press enter.
2. In the Windows Mobility Center window, please locate "Function Key Behavior".
3. Click drop down arrow next to "Function Key Behavior" and then select "Function key"

Okdidn't help, fn key is working but still won't open up wireless

Dont know then. You may have to ask on a dell forum. Unless it needs software to work properly
