Hello Everyone,
I've been having a horrible time trying to get my new computer up and running.
I built a completely fresh PC with the intention of only reusing my hard drive that has my games on it. I bought a fresh SSD, tried to install windows and had some weird errors installing that I seem to have gotten through with help from other forums.
Now I'm left with one big annoying problem. My computer will ONLY boot from the Windows Boot Manager. It refuses to boot from my SSD that has windows installed. I have tried disabling the WBM, but it sends me to a black screen saying that I need to insert a drive with boot media on it.
At this point, I would be okay just wiping everything (If I absolutely have to), But obviously I would prefer to be able to keep my game drive.
There is nothing important on my SSD. I have only installed windows on it.
I would also appreciate the easiest method to transfer some of my settings and docs off of my old SSD to the new one.
Thanks!!
