Help with Windows 10

So i recently installed windows 10 and i have a few questions
1) When i booted my pc I had to re-install my gpu drivers, is there any other thing i should update after upgrading to win10?
2) With win8 my pc used to boot in 10-12 secs, now it takes like 20-30 to boot, is there any reason for this? (didn't change which programs boot at launch)
3) Is there something important i should be aware of with win10? I've heard lots of things about microsoft spying on your personal info and stuff
