Help with windows 10

I need assistance getting Windows 10 ISO on a flash drive. Where to get it, how to put it on the flash drive so that i can boot it. Going to pick up my last 2 parts now, and I didn't get a disk tray. Thank you so much to anyone who can help! The more detailed the better.
