Help with windows 2k and ie 6.0

I got a blue screen last night "dumping physical memory" I had to reinstall windows 2k and now I can not connect to the internet. I attempted to reinstall road runner, but it said that it cannot see my ip...what can I do?

You don't have to install round runner. It sound like your ethernet NIC isn't getting reconized. Once you network protocols are setup and you NIC drivers installed, you should be connected.

Go into Device Manager and remove your network card, reboot and let Windows reconize it and install the drivers.
