HELP With Windows 7 Startup

I was having problems with my PC ( It would turn on then restart itself automatically). Recently I replaced the motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and processor and now my PC goes to a System Recovery Screen. The only options are to click Repair Computer and go to a screen asking for the installation disk I do NOT have, OR Start Windows Normally and watch it crash and restart all over again. I have tried many solutions with the BIOS, and only have a Windows 8 laptop. If anyone could help me that would be wonderful!

When you changed the motherboard you HAVE to install a NEW(windows) operating system again.
Your hardrive is "married" to the old mobo sorry

If you can get it with f8 safe mode you may be Able to remove the older mb drivers and get windows to boot.
