Help with Windows 8 install (not normal situation)

Hi

I need some help with an awkward installation (may be simple I don't know)

Situation - full ssd failure and pc is currently unusable as needs an os

Tools available
SD card and USB reader
Android phone with fibre WiFi
Windows 8 download from Microsoft

My question is - can I, using only my phone create a Bootable sd card to install from? Any help here would be great I am generally used to solving my own issues it wise but this is a new one on me

You will need either an ssd or a had. While you can install windows from a flash drive, I have never heard of using it as the main system drive. On top of that, I would expect it to run very slowly.
