Help: Would this build be okay?

Hello. I wanted to build my own computer and I have most of the parts selected. The only problem is a case and how well my system is. I want to ask everyone here what they think. This computer will be used for minimal gaming and even if I do a lot graphics will be pretty low. Also, for a lot of average day use, such as browsing the Internet, running programs such as photoshop and fireworks. Here is the build, I also need a fairly cheap case to fit the dimensions of it. I am on a budget of $400, and I am approaching it quite fast. Please excuse me if this is a bad selection. I am quite new to computer parts, and until last week I did not now what a motherboard was.

Perhaps get a richland apu or a haswell gpu with hd 4600. personally I would take that thirty from the gpu and put it towards a better cpu. Or buy used...

That CPU will not fit on an AM3 Mobo that you have listed. You will need an FM2 based mobo. I'll be right back with a recommendation, something has come up at work
