Question Help Wraith Cooler Won't Go Down

So I’m installing my ryzen 5 2600 and I’m trying to put the stock cooler on the mount. I’m currently installing the cooler on an msi b450 mini itx mobo but the screws just don’t line up. I’ve tried everything such as applying even pressure but if one screw is in perfectly, I will get it in a little but when I go to the other one it’s not lined up at all and vice versa. I really need the to figure this out because I’ve been trying everything for the past hour
