Help writing Iso file to external toshiba hdd

Hi, i have a toshiba external hdd that i have repartitioned to use 1 partition as a bootable for burning iso files. I have done this a few times but now Rufus nor WinUSB recognizes the drive. Disk management and other partition utilities recognizes it and so does file manager....Help Please

I figured it out. I just happened to think about PenDriveLinux Yumi and it worked flawlessly. It has the option to list all drives not just usb drives. Until next time......RedneckRocketeer
