i have a macbook pro 7,1 mid 2010 which i have been using since i bought it from dubai and now it have developed a problem where iniatly i thought it could have crashed but when i tried the same hard disk as external i manage to login without problems so iam suspecting it could be the harddisk cable coz it appear i only see a question mac on my display but not apple logo for booting


please help me i am stuck

It does sound as if it might be the hard drive cable. If possible, I'd recommend getting it to an Apple retail store so they can take a look. If that's not possible you could try this.
