HELP!!!

I have a acer acpire x3450.

Took the mobo out safely into another case because i wanted more room.

All it is doing since i changed is power on with out the power jumpers plugged in no power leg nothing, the dvd/hd powers on and the fan spins like mad on full.

can some one please help me

Replace the jumpers in the appropriate locations and pull the CMOS battery for 15 minutes, replace battery and try booting again.

Did you remember to plug in the 4 or 8 pin cpu power?
Are you sure there isn't a case standoff shorting to the bottom of the motherbd?
