thanx for that info the part i need is the power jack theyre all different sizes and when i enquire about it they say this models not on their database they ask me to email a pic of the original jack thanx again linda

Take the old power jack to a computer store such as MicroCenter, CompUSA, Fry's, and see if they can match up one for you. (I have done this with cordless phone rechargeable batteries, where the plug ends are different on different makes).
