hai can i overclock my cpu to 3gz above,

my spect:
intel Q8200
psu 1000w cooler master real power
graphic card HD 4870 1 G clock to 790 clock
ram hyper X 1066 but 800 mz coz in cpu-z only detect 400mz(800).
cpu cooler Freezer Pro 7
my board is gigabyte p43-ud3l

right now i use the gigabyte overclock easy tune 6 clock to 2.89gz
and i try to push further up to 3.0 but fail boot and the RAM i try to push to standard hyper X 1066 but fail also can some one out there solve the problem here.Thanks.

I'd try going into CMOS and use the BIOS settings to OC.
