As you can see in the video nothing happens when I run this specific program as an administrator,It hasnt been working since I reinstalled the system.

UCP hasn't worked on Win10 in almost 2 yrs I thought. Development of it ended in 2015 or there abouts.

its win 7 ?I know it works for win 7 I see a lot of people able to run it.
as for win 10 yeah it doesnt

The following fatal alert was generated: 43. The internal error state is 552. and Critical,Error and warning events from all administrative logs.
I see these errors on different tabs

They have to, all you can do on your end is to ignore bad certificates which isn't recommended.

The program can't communicate with its servers because it sends a certificate (similar to an ID card for websites) which Windows can't trust therefore it blocks it. Only workaround would be to tell it to not,
but it would allow all bad certificates and would be dangerous.
