I wouldn't get anything higher than an RX570 because your CPU will bottleneck and your motherboard only has PCIe 2.0 x16.

Edit: You can also get the GTX 1650.

There's a real chance that board won't even support that graphics card, although since it's an aftermarket board it probably will. I probably woudn't recommend anything newer than one of the GCN or Pascal series cards. Maybe not even newer than Maxwell to be honest considering the hardware.

Anything more capable than an R9 280 or GTX 1050 TI is probably a complete waste of capability with that CPU and motherboard.
