First off...don't go to that site.

What virus and malware scans have you ran?
What does your installed AV tool report?

Let me guess they want you to pay money or get them to remove your virus claiming to be a legitimate business.

Oldest scam in the book.

Download a free copy of malware bytes or bit defender and scan your drives. Do a full scan. It might take a couple hours.

Chances are you aren't infected because if your system was infected it would be a trivial task to redirect everything you type into the web address to redirect you to said website.
