Question Help!

So my computer is pretty much stupid. The issue just started and I don’t know what to do. So my tower turned its self off while I was playing a game and turned back on but it didn’t connect to my monitor or key bored. The head set and mouse however stayed powered when it was on. I turn it off and on a few times and it connected to the monitor and keyboard one more time. Than turned it’s self off and back on again. Now when I turn it on it stays on. But yet no connection to the monitor or keyboard, just the mouse and head set. I held the power button down the normal time it takes to power down but it just flashes. If I want to turn it off I have to unplug the power cord. Someone help please!!
