[SOLVED] Help with Gateway Desktop PC ?

i have a gateway desktop model # gm5664 been sitting unused for a while and disconnected from power. I hook it up to power but there's no sound, no screen, nothing, not even the drives I don't think, but can retrive and open/close drive trays. Only thing it does sound or display wise is the fans kick in on high and stay that way.
Can some one help me? I'm trying to recover photos for a special family project for my grandma so any and all help is greatly appreciated.

take the hdd out and put it in a external hdd case. connect it to a working pc

my grandma has alzhiemers im here taking care of her n me n my mom thought it be cool to get the photos and make a presentation for her family reunions ect while she still remembers who we are even if it means pulling the hard drive and connecting it to my laptop please could u simplify it just a lil make it a bit easier to google atleast

Buy a powered USB to sata adapter like this:
https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Cable-Adapter-Converter-Support/dp/B00MYU0EAU
Remove the HDD and using the adapter plug it into a USB port on the laptop.
You need a powered adapter because a single usb port does not have the power to start a 3.5" HDD.

Be careful and put the hdd upside down on the table so the exposed parts have no chance of damage or a short.
If you want to use this on a long term basis, buy a USB to sata enclosure like this:
