i screwed up my pc
so a while backi reset my bios to default and then updated it, why? no idea i thought i was just refreshing everything, turns out i ruined everything. my games no longer run smoothly, only some like valorant or league but the fps drop is insane sometimes, like somedays its good when i turn my pc on and some days its terrible, on other games like COD and Minecraft my cpu goes up extremely high, to literally 100% and the frames cant even reach 30 and it never did that before when i first got my pc, i have tried everything, yes my docp thing is enabled, and yes i have tried resetting my pc completely, and updating my bios multiple times, i have no idea what it could be, i am running with a ryzen 5 3600 and an rtx 3060, i really dont want to buy a new graphics card because im just a noob with pcs so help is so appreciated.
