ive just broughjt a geforce gtx 650 graphics card and a intel i3 but its not compatible with my board what board can be recommended good but not to pricey please

What is the complete name of the i3 processor. I guess it is a second or a third generation processor. So you can get a ASRock Z77 Extreme3 $130 or a ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 board $170? And what is your budget?

im not sure what the complete name is i think it just said i3 processor and i could do about £100 and also i keep getting the registration message popping up even though ive activated/verifyed it loads any suggestions mate
