ive been looking for a cheap (100$-120$)Motherboard that allows me to overclock the i5 2500K
but i cant find anyone that ships out of the us and im in uae i want to ship it for free any help will be appreciated

You'll not find any company shipping stuff across continents for free.
A better option would be to tell a friend of yours in the US to pick up a good board and FedEx it to you......
