I just installed the elitegroup p67h2-a and cannot get the usb 3.0 ports to reconginze my external drive. If I plug the drive into a standard usb 2.0 port, it is recongnized. I have the latest bios update, chipset, and usb 3.0 drivers from the elitegroup site. Also, for some reason my nvidia drivers will not detect my second card. Do I need to arrange in a particular pci-e slot(s) for sli to work on this mobo? I don't have an sli option in my drivers, only physx. I've done a clean install of the latest official nvidia drivers after using driversweeper. Thanks for the help.

check your bios settings for the usb 3.0 that's all I can think of off the top of my head

bios have been checked. had zero issues with usb 3.0 with previous mobo. confirmed device works on other mobo with usb 3.0 capability. somethings up with the usb 3.0 ports specific to my mobo. Thanks for the suggestion but I think i've got a defective mobo 🙁.
