I got black ops 2 today and on about medium graphics i get only 14 fps!
My computer is very new
intel i7
AMD radeon 7470 hd 2gb
windows 7
i just dont no why it has such bad fps if someone can help me .

you got one of the very best processor but your gpu is simply too weak for gaming purpose.

lol, a 7470 is not good even for sub hd resolutions...it's just for seeing movies and general pc usage, and games from the web(flash games).
You need at least a 7750 from amd(7xxx series).

it depends on your gaming resolution and how you like to set your graphical setting. for example if you game with 1080 res and like the graphic option mostly set on high or even max out you're going to need at least something like 7850. also for some people budget is very important aspect to them so depending on your budget we can try suggesting what card is more suitable to your need
