[SOLVED] Helping my friend build his 1st PC

Hello, I am helping a friend of mine build a Gaming PC, it is a Ryzen Build, we are having problem which seems kind of bad but I am sure this is fixable
The PC will turn on run for 10-15 seconds then cut off then repeat until we remove power.
Does this have anything to do with compatibility or is something wrong with the Motherboard.
Any help would be appreciated!

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
EVGA BR 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance? 16 GB

I see no gpu in that list. That system requires a gpu, as the ports on the motherboard are useless unless paired with an APU and the 2600 is not an APU.
