HELPP wanna build power pc

please help guys...i wanna build a pc that can edit video fast and using photo shop...i dunno what i should get...power desktop, or 1U server...which one worth?? and about the hardisk...should i raid 8 sata3 hdd or get revodrive 3 x2??
