HELPPP my pc driver utility is not detecting my mouse!!!

i have an asus gx 850 mouse and i just installed the driver for it from asus's website.
i restarted the PC and the driver says plug in the mouse for the driver to start working, im gonna post a picture

Try a different USB port and make sure the latest mobo USB drivers are installed
