So I disassembled my graphics card to clean it and I reassembled it and returned it to my pc.

I turned the pc on and noticed that the fan wasn't working properly. I turned the pc off and took out the graphics card and disassembled it. I then turned the pc on, plugged the gpu to the power supply and to the motherboard, and where I was holding I felt a light shock and the computer died. It won't turn on now. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Solution
You have a couple of choices. One, buy or build a new computer. Two, test each component to find out what you destroyed and what still works. Then you just have to buy replacements for the destroyed components.
SO you turned it on, and then starting hooking up GPU power?

Unfortunately, your PSU/MB, and GPU are all now unknowns....

If you have another rig or trusted friend, you can test PSU or GPU in their rigs, if you accept responsibility for possibly bad components potentially shorting out their rigs...
