Is this Toms Hardware or Fox News? Mentioning the CHIPS Act is relevant all those mentions about swing state, election, Biden, etc is just beyond the scope of this website. Also no mention about anything about which machines they will use, which companies will produce there, which chips... piss poor article but great to know when I see Jowi Morales ignore his articles.

Is it untrue? It used to be (I am really old) that news organizations reported the news. It had all the pertinent facts available and presented it to the reader/viewer. It let the customer make up their own minds.

Do you prefer news that only gives you some of the facts? And do you believe we don't need to know this info?
