Question Witcher 3 stutter fix for NVIDIA

Hi guys!
I've made this video special for those who still wonder how to get these disgusting lags or so-called stutters tackled in TW3.

It took much time to me to eventually fix it, that's why I want to share my experience with you guys.
Hopefully, I may help anyone here.

To whom it may concern, it is not an ad, just wanna help others relax by playing this masterpiece
PS If you problem still persists, please let me know there or here.
PSS Instead of Adaptive sync you may try Fast one. Adaptive worked for me, though
