Hey gang.

When I start my PC. About a 10 minutes or so. I here the USB disconnect sound. I have no idea what is disconnecting and no errors on device manager. I have no clue what is disconnecting. Is there a way to check? Could it be a USB power savings mode kicking in?

Solution
Hi, here's two possible solutions.

Not so good solution:
Go into Control Panel / Sounds and remove the sound for the device removed.

Better solution:
Find out what the device is. USBDeview shows connected devices, maybe it can help. Just unzip and run it, no need to install. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html It maybe be difficult to track it down with this because you have to have your eyes on it (or a good screen recorder) to catch it, if its fast.

If that doesn't help, maybe try removing all physical USB devices one a time, for a few hours each to see if you can track down which device is causing the problems. If you can't figure it out, write back on what you have tried and maybe someone else can help.
