I think its a Voodoo2 card. It has the SLI port at the top 3 chips with heatsinks and a 2 video SVGA ports on the back (1 of them 15 pin male and the other 1 is a 15 pin female). It is a 3D add on card and has no intregrated 2D solution so an additional 2d Video card is required to use this.

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

Are you sure that this is only an 8 meg card? I have some old 12MB Voodoo2 cards somewhere and I remember that they each had 12 memory chips that are 1 MB apeice. Regardless, the 4 megabyte difference isn't going to mean much today because the Voodoo2 chipset is obsolete. I remember back in year 2000 when I was a poor boy my brother and I bought 5 of these cards for all of the Pentium 1 systems and K6-2 systems we had.
