Here's a wierd one for ya

I have an HP2210 all in one printer. I have been having problems with my Operating system and have not used my printer in a couple of weeks. I went to use it tonight too see if it would work and it did not. I got a dialog box stating to remove one of my cartridges. So I removed the black one first and a dialog box came up and said to reinstall the cartridge. Well I decided to remove the color cartridge and when I did I noticed that the bottom of the cartridge looked as if it had gone through a fire. It was all grey and black and chard like. Has anyone experience anything like this before?

nope, sure haven't. But have you tried contacting HP and stating the problem? I'd expect them to resolve the issue by replacing ur printer.
