Here's the build I'm looking at - it's not a gaming machine

After a couple days of research I've come up with something I think will work for me (a mulit-tasker, downloader, etc, not a gamer) I've come from using XPSp3 for 4 years or more on a Pentium D 2.66 G with 2 gigs RAM, etc.

Here's what I'm looking at, comments and critiques welcome:

Don't know what type to get .... DDR3 1600?? Kingston ok?

I've got a vid card, case, PSU for now:
Antec Sonata Designer 500
NVIDIA 9600 GT 512MB
Antec EARTHWATT 500Watt PSU

and oh yeah -> Windows 7 OEM for $99.

I think I'm looking at around $680 DOLLARS, not too bad.

Is this ok, any better recommendations .... dare i ask?

Did you go with the MSI? I'm looking at a very similar setup to yours
