Here's the rig, now what RAM to pop in it?

I'm finally narrowing it down to the last components for my next system. I need your help with choosing the right memory for my set-up and goals.

Future rig: Asus Rampage III Extreme, Intel Core i7 950, Crucial 300C 128GB SSD, Cooler Master HAF X, Gigabyte GTX460 X2, Windows 7 Home, (Unknown PSU), (Unknown RAM).

Goal: 4Ghz.

Budget: Open Minded based on value.

I'm looking for the right RAM to get me to my goal of a stable system at the said speed. I'd like to achieve this on Air, but I'm not sure if it's possible. All the posts I've read so far are from last year or earlier so I'd like some updated information from fellow Tommies.

As for the PSU, either of the XFX 750W Black Edition or Corsair HX 750 will be adequate..

For top end overclocking using on air, you'll need a top end cooler.. Something like the Noctua NH-D14

The Mushkin kits are 40mm tall.Corsair is 33mm tall something to keep in mind when adding a cooler and dimm clearances.

Emperus's psu suggestions are excellent.
