This looks like a micro ATX board.
The problem with OEM motherboards is that they sometimes don't follow the standard form factors for standoffs, usually use custom I/O shields, and sometimes have custom header connections for things like the case power button, reset switch, HD and power LEDs, USBs, etc. You may be able to make it work if you're good with electronics or get lucky with a pretty standard board but, all in all, it's not a good idea.
