Hex or Ascll

" " So I was looking over my wireless settings and had a question I was unfamiliar with. I am currently using the Hex 64/40 bit but should I change it to 128/104 bit Hex /Ascll for a more secured setting ? I had always used the old setting for yrs since I am in a very rural area ( ) but as time goes on there are more humans moving into my area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

does the router support WPA2 wireless mode? it is more secure than the old WEP
