With my job and christmas coming i plan to after christmas build a pc , but i lack the knowledge of you guys , i built one before and it still works after 5 years so thats good but am jsut wondering if all these parts are compatible /ideal for gaming on high-max settings in msot games, currently the build looks like this
CPU- AMD FX-8350 4.00GHz (4.20GHz Turbo) 8x Core Processor
GPU- Gigabyte G1 GAMING Radeon RX470 4GB
PSU -500W Corsair Builder Series CX500M 80PLUS Bronze Modular Power Supply
RAM -Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
CASE- Game Max GM-One Knight Gaming Black Midi Tower Case
HDD/SSD- 1TB Seagate Barracuda Hard Drive 3.5" SATA III / 120GB Kingston SSDNow V300 Solid State Drive
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P AMD 970 ATX Motherboard

are all these compatible is my 1st question
at the moment tis priced at around 780 euros, is that good or is there better build for cheaper( i am a penny pincher) is 2nd question
thanks for help

Specs for that motherboard state it only supports DDR4-2133. Typically, if you try to install faster RAM, it will just slow down to the supported speed, but that was back when RAM was more flexible. These days, I'm not sure. Personally, I'd probably stick with DDR4-2133 RAM modules.

Other than that, I don't see any issues.

Question 1) Yes, it's all compatible
Question 2) Not sure about EU pricing, but under no circumstance would I recommend an AMD processor based system at this point in time unless absolutely necessary.

Edit: Couldn't find your case at the DE PC Part Picker (for EU prices), but there's still about €45 left over from your previous €780.

how does the amd cpu compare to a i3-6300/ i5-6500?

so if i changed it to:
Intel Core i5-6500 3.20GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor

posted this just as you replied, whats the benifits of getting a i5 for 60euro more
also case was just a random case that would fit on www.aria.co.uk

The AMD is 4 years old and wasn't strong when new, AMD CPU's have fallen behind. Even FX8xxx are outperformed by i3 6100 in most tasks. The other issue is the use an end of life socket and RAM so give no good upgrade path.

The i3 6100 or 6300 do very well for their price but games are getting more CPU demanding. The i5 6500 is a good choice to pair with an RX470.
