Yes, not that well though. Lowest settings and 720p resolution would probably be ok.

Yeah you might be able to squeak by running it, but you won't be able to max anything out that's for sure.

If you play the vanilla version you should be fine since the game is not really that demanding. Vanilla means no DX11 patch and high resolution texture pack.
