Complicated or compatible ? Yes, that board is having one PCI Express x16 graphics (for a graphics card)....That's a very OLD motherboard/system though.

What's the last BIOS version date for this system ? This is also important to know....

Can you please elaborate the question? Any motherboard that supports PCIe 3.0(or 2.0) x16 will support the 750ti, yours probably will
