Hey , i have a athlon x4 640 ,8gb ddr3,corsair 430w psu ,and a rx570 power color . I just bought this gpu from online for upgrade my pc and it was dirt cheap but the reviews is good and all says is working fine so i think my gpu is not a bad gpu ,then when i plug the 8pin to my gpu the red light indicator is not turning on and my monitor said no signal

Is this a brand NEW GPU, or a used second hand model ? What's the model of your Corsair PSU, the CX430 ? Update your system BIOS if need be.
