Hey guys! Computer restarts all the time

Hey guys!

I have this really annoying problem! My computer restarts 70% of the time when I open games! When I'm in the game there seems to be no problem what so ever. But the problem have grown to sometimes when I open the internet or receive a skype call... :/ I reinstalled my computer with my Windows 7 disk. When I got in I had a folder called "Windows.old" I deleted that since it had 400GB.
The problem persisted unfortunately and now I have no clue of what to do!

How much RAM do you have? And the "Windows.old" folder is what holds your old files and folders (if I remember correctly) from your previous install.

I have 8GB RAM, and ye I thought so too about the Windows.old. I just wanted to make sure no installation files were in it

No there's no install files in that folder. When you go to open your games do you have other things open as well? Like Chrome, Teamspeak, etc?

Only skype. But I used to be able to have unlimited amount of other programs and websites open when launching games with no problems at all.

i think in this case i would be running memtest86, see if the memory is ok - making sure there are no BSOD issues. use a bootable usb stick to test it.
Next i would look at the power supply - it seems odd to me that you -5V line is running @ -13V...

Okay I'm not quite familiar with the Memtest86, but I read up on it when I get home. I'll also hear what a friend of mine has to say about the power supply. It was delivered when I ordered the PC. I have not assembled the computer myself.

So, I tryed swithing my RAM in and out, and it seems that the problem persists, nomatter which RAM of the 4 I have, is in.
I spoke with a friend, and he says the PSU shouldn't be the problem, but there could be a little chance. - I don't know how to look further in to it tho!
