So my friend is thinking of getting a gtx1050 ti with an athlon x4 620
on a mobo that has a v1 pci e slot. And 4GB ddr2 1066 Mghz memory.

How much fps will he get in a less demanding tittle like for example COD 4 MW2.
Or CSGO

Just tell me how much fps will he get. No "Heres a build tell him get money." I Just need the fps COUNTER! :D

Solution
i can tell you that cod4 has no issue, 1080p will be definitely run over 60 fps, with 1050ti.

i recall, my old system 12 years, ago. e6850, 4gb ram and 8800gts, has no issue with cod4 mw runing 1680x1050 with 60 fps +
the processor 640, came 3 years later than that, faster ram, and much better gpu, i can comfortably say that cod4 should have no issues.

csgo, is a different story, i think you will have issue with csgo, as the cpu is just too weak.
there is a guy complain about 50 fps in csgo 1080p, with gtx 760. so at least you know for low setting, you can get 50ish fps minimum.

So is 60fps managable on cod4 720p low?

Youre missing the point .

Graphics settings & resolution are not the issue , a 1050ti will power through at 1080p high on mw2 & csgo to o at well well above 60fps.

A pic express 1 slot however will cripple it to around 60% of its capacity.

Further to that an old Athlon 620 with 4gb of slow ddr2 ram will cripple it further.

In essence he is wasting his money on that current system .

A gt 1030 or even a rx550 will perform about the same.

Dude i know this. But he keeps on just going with that. And ive told him that its better just to buy a new mobo with a budget in mind. Something like a b360 with an i3 8100 and like atleast 8GB of 2400Mghz RAM. But nope he doesnt want to.

So what fps will he get with a 1050 ti and that athlon and ram? not to mention the gen 1 pci e
